Return and Refund Policy

Bell Hardware Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bell Hardware We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance items
  • Custom-cut or special-order items
  • Items that have been installed or modified
  • Electrical / Lighting Supplies
  • Door Locks (Mortise, Special Orders)

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • f your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Exchanges

  • In rare cases, exceptions may apply at the sole discretion of Bell Hardware.
