1. Returns
- You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items
- Custom-cut or special-order items
- Items that have been installed or modified
- Electrical / Lighting Supplies
- Door Locks (Mortise, Special Orders)
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- f your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
- In rare cases, exceptions may apply at the sole discretion of Bell Hardware.
